About Palm Beach AC Auto

Palm Beach AC Auto is an auto repair shop in West Palm Beach, Florida. It is listed at 2625 Mercer Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, which places it among the local businesses of West Palm Beach that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

In West Palm Beach, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Florida vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 8:30 am–5:30 pm. It is closed on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (561) 557-8164. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Customers rate it 4.4 out of 5 on Google across 35 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded auto repair shops in West Palm Beach.

West Palm Beach is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and West Palm Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

03-07-25 my A/C went out, when i arrived they started work on it right away which was great, they changed my a/c compressor/ condenser/ expansion valve, they gave it a 1 year warranty. 07-24-26 the A/C blew out freon while i was on the interstate, the a/c locked up and blew my serpertine belt which left me stranded. The thing is their was a 1 year warranty, and really i did not drive my vehicle much at all, but when the a/c went out it was out of warranty(( I took my vehicle to another repair shop and had the same work done which they gave me a 5yr warranty))

I just want to take the time to thank the owner and show much appreciation, he stayed after hours to help me with my fuel issues. Not once did he show frustration, just eagerness to solve the issue. Highly recommend this shop

My older mom had her vehicle break down on the side of the road and the tow truck driver recommended bringing it to Palm Beach AC auto. They gave my mom an estimate on fixing the car the same day it was brought in by the tow truck. She did the smart thing and called me and I went over it with the gentleman and his son that own the shop and I thought they were being very fair and honest and I gave them the go-ahead to do the work. I am very pleased with the job. They did at a very reasonable price and they got it done in a very efficient amount of time. It is very difficult these days to find an honest mechanic and I would highly recommend this family owned and run business to any working man who needs to keep an eye on his money and get Quality work.
